When we receive your laptop, we send you a confirmation email. We examine your laptop to make sure it was not damaged in transit.
Your laptop will be diagnosed by a tech within 3-5 business days, at which point we will call you with an estimate for the repair. We will complete the repair only after you give us your approval.

WE RUN A STRESS TEST ON ALL LAPTOPS FOR A MINIMUM OF 24 HOURS AFTER THE REPAIR HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE TOTALLY FIXED BEFORE WE SEND THEM BACK TO YOU!

Once your laptop is ready to go, we will contact you to collect payment (either by Paypal or Visa/Mastercard).
All of our repairs include FREE return shipping via FedEx ground. Non-repairable computers do not qualify for free return shipping.
We return ship by FedEx ground, which automatically includes $100 worth of insurance. We highly recommend you purchase additional insurance: $500 worth of coverage costs $3.50. We also email you with your FedEx tracking number.
If we are unable to repair your motherboard, or you decide against having us proceed with the repair after receiving your estimate, we charge $15.00 for return shipping.

Please read the entire Warranty Policy!! We warranty our work for a full ninety (90) days. If at any time during those 90 days, you have the same problem with your laptop, please return it to us and we will gladly correct it.
Please note: there are very few ways that a laptop shows us that it's not functioning properly - for example, power issues, video/display issues, and boot issues. But these three symptoms can be the result of dozens of different causes. For example, power issues can be caused by: Bad voltage regulator, bad capacitor, bad diode, bad power chip, bad bios, bad BGA (Ball Grill Array) controller chip, liquid spilled, cold solder, shorts to any component on the board, to name just a few.
We warranty the specific work that we performed. We do not warranty other problems that may happen after our repair that produce the same symptom as the one we corrected.
Also note: many times when we work on a laptop we find that hard drives and operating systems are corrupted, which can prevent your laptop from functioning properly after we have repaired it and you reinstall the drive or OS. Please include your hard drive with your computer so that we can test it!
